Deputy general manager of China Taiping Insurance under probe

BEIJING, July 18 (Xinhua) -- Xiao Xing, deputy general manager of state-owned China Taiping Insurance Group Company Limited, is under investigation for suspected severe violations of Party disciplines and the law, an official statement said Tuesday.

Xiao is being investigated by the Communist Party of China Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Commission of Supervision.
