Tourism industry boosts economic growth in Altay, NW China

Rich in natural tourism resources, Altay has vigorously developed its tourism industry as an important driving force of economic momentum. From January to August this year, Altay saw a total of over 33.3 million tourist trips with a year-on-year increase of 15 percent.
